Job summary

RHA Health Services, LLC is seeking a Director of Facilities Operations and Asset Management to provide strategic direction and operational leadership for facilities operations, real estate portfolio, capital planning, construction projects, leases, maintenance, and fleet management across multiple states.

The role oversees a large, geographically dispersed portfolio of group homes, day programs, healthcare facilities, and administrative offices to ensure safety, compliance, and operational

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 10+ years of progressively responsible experience in facilities/real estate/asset management, including at least 5 years in a senior or executive leadership role.
• Deep technical knowledge of building systems, construction, life-safety infrastructure, and preventive maintenance best practices.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise-wide strategy for facilities, real estate, and fleet management aligned with organizational goals.
• Oversee long-term capital planning for hundreds of residential group homes, day program centers, large healthcare facilities, and administrative offices.
• Lead planning, design, budgeting, and execution of major construction, renovation, and expansion projects across the enterprise.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Regional Managers and other facilities and real estate leaders.
