Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of facilities, maintenance, or property management experience.
• At least 5 years supervising maintenance staff and managing a multi-site portfolio.
• Experience managing facilities for residential care, healthcare, schools, or human services settings strongly preferred.
• Experience developing and managing a facilities operating and capital budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance technicians, custodial staff, and property management vendors.
• Ensure facilities are safe, clean, functional, and inspection-ready.
• Transition BHA from reactive repairs to a planned facilities program; control costs.
• Deliver renovations on time and within budget; manage capital projects and vendor contracts.
