Job summary

Mount Airy Casino Resort is seeking a Property Operations Manager to plan, operate, and lead the Property Operations Department at the Mount Pocono facility. You will oversee maintenance projects, manage staff, and ensure adherence to policies and safety standards.

The role requires experience in facilities management, strong leadership, and a focus on guest service and regulatory compliance under Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform each of the essential functions and responsibilities satisfactorily.
• Must be a minimum 18 years of age or older upon employment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
