Job summary

IRG Realty Advisors is seeking a Property Management Associate to assist the Property Manager in the daily operation and maintenance of a property, overseeing planning, budgets, and project delivery. You will coordinate contractors, track utilities, and support lease-related maintenance and tenant requests.

The role emphasizes hands-on facility management, vendor oversight, and ensuring property performance meets tenant and client needs while maintaining safety and energy efficiency standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in facility or property management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite; CAD beneficial.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager in overall operation and maintenance of the property
• Plan, oversee, and lead projects within budget and schedule
• Supervise contractors and manage bids and maintenance contracts
• Monitor utilities, track consumption, and manage tenant billings
• Maintain and update property records, drawings, and annual deliverables
• Support budgeting and adherence to annual operating and maintenance budgets
