Qualifications

• 3+ years leading facilities teams and full-cycle construction project management.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and priorities for the Small Projects and Engineering team.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Provide SME support for site mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers).
• Track budgets, RFPs, and project milestones; develop status reports and documentation.
