Job summary

The role focuses on coordinating with clients, vendors, and contractors while managing budgets and schedules.

Responsibilities include asset management planning, CMMS documentation, and maintenance engineering best practices. A 3+ year leadership background in facilities and construction is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of leading and supervising a team of facilities professionals and engineers.
• 3+ years of full cycle construction project management experience.
• Ability to prepare and track budgets.
• Understanding technical requirements for relocation, construction, and renovation projects.
• Adapting to meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities and priorities for the Small Projects and Engineering team supporting facilities.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders for project management, engineering support, and space management (including office moves).
• Identify and address risk related to project scope, budget, and schedule.
• Provide SME support for site mechanical systems (HVAC, boilers, chillers).
• Coordinate and track vendor RFPs and contractor relations.
• Prepare project status reports, issue PO requests, process invoices, and maintain records for due diligence.
