X-energy LLC in Oak Ridge, TN is seeking a Facilities Specialist to support a range of office projects across sites, manage logistics, and supervise space planning to accommodate growth. The role emphasizes coordination with architects, vendors, and internal teams to minimize business disruption.

The position requires a high school diploma, a valid driver’s license, ability to lift 50 lbs, and 0–2 years of related experience, with standard 8–5 office hours and in-office work five days a week.

Competenze

• High school diploma required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and travel to offsite locations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Zero to two years of relevant experience.

Mansioni

• Support facility-related projects across multiple sites, including planning, design, permitting, and construction for new and existing office locations.
• Coordinate office renovations and expansions with architects, designers, contractors, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate logistics for office moves, installations, and setup with minimal business disruption.
• Track timelines, budgets, contracts, and procurement per internal policies.
• Prepare updates and reports for senior leadership on project status and performance.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and functionality in all construction/renovation work.
