Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Real Estate, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility management, building operations, maintenance, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing facility service providers, contractors, and budgets.
• Knowledge of building systems and workplace operations.
• Experience with capital projects and infrastructure upgrades.
• Strong financial acumen in budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day facility operations for the Raleigh site with a safe, productive workplace.
• Serve as primary site contact for facility operations, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Direct third-party providers to meet service levels and quality standards.
• Support IFM standards, processes, and reporting; conduct inspections and risk assessments.
• Assist in budget development, forecasting, and expense management.
• Plan and execute capital projects, including renovations and upgrades.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors; monitor progress and budgets.
