Job summary

Hitachi Energy in Raleigh, NC seeks a Real Estate Facilities, Project, CAPEX Manager to lead day-to-day facility operations, oversee Integrated Facility Management, and act as the primary site contact for operations and vendors.

You will support capital improvement projects, coordinate with architects and contractors, monitor budgets, schedules, and safety compliance while driving efficiency and a sustainable workplace.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 7 years of facility management, building operations, or related disciplines.
• Experience managing facility service providers, contractors, and operating budgets.
• Knowledge of building systems and workplace operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Raleigh site facility operations and IFM activities.
• Serve as the primary site contact for facility-related operations and stakeholder support.
• Manage third-party providers, SLAs, and performance standards.
• Support capital projects, scope, schedules, and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, budget, quality, and schedule adherence.
• Communicate status and milestones to site leadership.
• Ensure safety, compliance, and sustainable workplace practices.
