Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance and repair projects across Grace Klein Community properties.
• Support preventative maintenance to reduce future repair needs.
• Perform general facility upkeep including painting, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, and minor electrical work.
• Coordinate with Project Manager across multiple locations and supervise volunteers.
• Assist with equipment, landscaping, and special projects as needed.
• Identify maintenance issues and communicate solutions.
