Job summary

Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is seeking a Facilities Representative to support facilities management across a variety of tasks in Grand Prairie, TX. You will gather and review data on facility specifications, restrictions, required completion dates, and construction feasibility, and prepare bid sheets for projects.

The role includes reviewing and estimating design costs—equipment, installation, labor, materials, and related costs—on a 12-month assignment. Pay range is $75-88 per hour.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture or engineering.
• Experience fitting out office buildings.
• Experience with construction of industrial buildings.
• Writing scopes of work and dealing with A&E firms and project management.
• Coachable.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to facilities management on a variety of tasks.
• Gathers and reviews data concerning facility or equipment specifications, company or government restrictions, required completion date, and construction feasibility.
• Prepares bid sheets for construction and facilities projects.
• Reviews and estimates design costs including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation, and other related costs.
