Job summary

PSCI in Grand Prairie, TX seeks a Facilities Engineer Level 3 to plan, design and oversee facility reconfiguration and maintenance. You will coordinate with architectural/engineering firms, prepare bid sheets, and manage cost reviews to ensure on-time delivery.

Onsite, 1st shift, contract position with a 4/10 schedule and $68.51/hr. Required: a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering or related field with at least three years of professional experience, plus ability to read/execute engineering

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience.
• Ability to read and execute engineering drawings and specifications; CAD proficiency.
• Industrial or manufacturing facilities design experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design and oversee the reconfiguration, maintenance, and alteration of facilities.
• Coordinate with architecture/engineering firms to develop design criteria and drawings.
• Prepare bid sheets and contracts for construction and facilities acquisition.
• Review design costs and inspect construction progress for conformance to drawings.
