Job summary

FedEx Freight is seeking an experienced program and project manager to lead multiple initiatives across the facilities network, oversee lifecycle management of expansions, and drive maintenance and reliability programs across sites.

You will prioritize projects, manage vendors, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, and contribute to annual budgeting and long‑range outlooks. Strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with MS Office are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with five years related project management or analytical experience in facility administration, construction, design, planning, real estate, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent presentation skills to communicate strategies and solutions.
• Excellent critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Solid time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Excellent verbal and written communication with the ability to convey ideas clearly across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects to ensure all components are identified, assigned, completed, and implemented.
• Lead prioritization and alignment of network expansion, fiscal year and technology enablement projects and facility maintenance and repair programs.
• Drive asset optimization leveraging data and ensuring timely delivery.
• Lead vendor performance and accountability for contractual obligations and funding.
• Ensure compliance and mitigate risk by managing regulatory and internal compliance.
• Develop policies, procedures and job aids and ensure consistent application.
• Participate in facility capital, long-range outlooks, and annual budget planning.
• Comply with laws, regulations, and company policies.
