Job summary

Nextpower is seeking a Facility Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and deliver a portfolio of facilities and workplace projects across offices, labs, and manufacturing environments in California. You will oversee budgets, schedules, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure high-quality execution aligned with Nextpower's safety and sustainability standards.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field and 5+ years in facilities or corporate real estate, with experience in design, space

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, interiors, facilities management, real estate, or related field.
• 5+ years in facilities project management, architecture/interiors, or corporate real estate.
• Experience with design, construction, workplace interiors, space planning, and real estate transactions.
• Proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, cost control, and contracts; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities and real estate projects from concept to closeout.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, brokers, and contractors.
• Develop budgets, cost forecasts, schedules, and reports.
• Review drawings and engineering plans; support space planning and occupancy.
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, ensure safety and sustainability.
