MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager – Lease Enforcement & Construction to support USPS.

You’ll oversee repairs, lease compliance, and landlord coordination across USPS leased properties, guiding projects from planning through completion. This role requires a strong background in architecture, engineering, or facilities management, ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple projects, and willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (ABET-accredited for engineering).
• 7–10 years of professional experience in construction project management or facilities management.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across locations with budget and schedule oversight.

Aufgaben

• Lead building repairs, maintenance, and small-to-medium construction projects from planning through completion.
• Coordinate with landlords, architects, engineers, contractors, and USPS stakeholders to ensure compliance and momentum.
• Review drawings and specifications for design compliance, cost-effectiveness, and safety.
• Monitor budgets, approvals, schedules, and resources; provide regular updates to USPS leadership.
