MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) seeks an experienced Facilities Project Manager to lead lease enforcement and construction for USPS properties. You will oversee repairs, lease compliance, and coordination with landlords, architects, engineers, and contractors to deliver on time and within budget.

You will work onsite initially with a possibility of one telework day per week. Strong background in architecture, engineering, or facilities management is preferred, with up to 10 years of

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• 7-10 years of professional experience in construction project management, facilities management, engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects across locations.
• Advanced understanding of project budgets, financial controls, cost management, and approvals.
• Ability to evaluate technical drawings, specifications, project risks, and facility maintenance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead Facilities Projects: manage building repairs, maintenance, and construction/alteration projects from planning through completion.
• Manage landlord relationships: address maintenance obligations, lease compliance, and deficiencies.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and service providers to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Review drawings and repair proposals for design standards and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project costs, schedules, resources, and deliverables.
• Identify risks and resolve conflicts to keep projects moving.
• Coordinate across multiple USPS facilities and provide updates to stakeholders.
