Job summary

MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is seeking an experienced Facilities Project Manager - Lease Enforcement & Construction to support USPS facilities.

The role oversees repairs, alterations, lease compliance, and landlord coordination across leased properties, collaborating with owners, architects, engineers, and USPS stakeholders. This is a full-time on-site role with potential for one telework day weekly after initial onboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Architecture, Construction Management, or Engineering (Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical).
• ABET-accredited engineering degrees are required.
• 7–10 years of professional experience in construction project management, facilities management, engineering, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities projects from planning through completion, including repairs and alterations.
• Manage landlord relationships and lease compliance across USPS properties.
• Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to meet quality, schedule, and budget requirements.
• Review technical plans, drawings, and proposals for design compliance and cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project budgets, approvals, schedules, and resources; control costs.
• Identify risks, resolve conflicts, and implement solutions to keep projects moving.
• Prioritize multiple projects across USPS facilities and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Provide technical expertise on facilities maintenance, construction, lease enforcement, and project issues.
