Arcadis is seeking a Project/Delivery Manager in Boston to lead facility infrastructure and capital improvement initiatives. The role involves managing complex projects, ensuring on-time delivery within budget, coordinating with contractors, and ensuring code compliance.

Travel to local facilities is occasionally required as part of project oversight. Ideal candidates hold a relevant Bachelor's degree and have at least three years of experience in construction management, architecture, or civil

Qualificações

• Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and manage all phases of the construction lifecycle.
• Plan and adhere to budgets, timelines, and quality control plans.
• Coordinate regulatory permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and national codes and safety precautions.
• Direct contractors, house doctors, and construction manager partners, and review pay applications and change orders.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to senior team members and manage project turnover and closeout.
