Description

SAIC is seeking a top-notch Facilities Project Manager, Industrial Control Systems (ICS) to join our talented team in either Chantilly, VA, Aurora, CO, or Las Cruces, NM. This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.

This role involves supporting, overseeing, and implementing the enterprise ICS strategy for an Intelligence Community client, focusing on operational technology (OT) with required experience in information technology (IT) systems.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the liaison, reporting to and coordinating with U.S. government representatives at multiple levels.
• Coordinate resource allocation and maintain document control.
• Develop and deliver cost estimates.
• Maintain and report on project management data.
• Analyze and improve organizational processes.
• Ensure full coordination, integration, and change control of assets, systems, and services with minimal impact to mission operations.
• Develop ICS specifications.
• Assist with acquisition of services necessary to implement UMCS throughout the enterprise.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree and 10 years of experience in facilities systems engineering, cyber engineering, IT engineering, or related fields. Professional experience may substitute for a degree.
• Experience and knowledge of OT systems and ensuring their security.
• Experience with IT systems supporting OT systems.
• Project management skills related to performance, budget, schedules, and control gates.

Desired Qualifications

• Familiarity with the client.
• Project Management Institute’s PMP or equivalent certification.

Target salary range: $160,001 - $200,000. Applications are accepted ongoing with no deadline. SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boosters, but vaccination requirements at customer sites must be followed.
