Job summary

PM2CM seeks a seasoned facilities planning and development project manager to oversee multiple large-scale construction and renovation projects. You will coordinate with architects, engineers, and college staff to ensure timely delivery within budget and to district standards.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 4+ years of professional experience, with PMP or CCM certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, construction management, engineering, urban planning, or a related field plus four years of professional-level planning or construction experience.
• PMP certification or CCM certification plus five years of professional-level planning or construction experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and execute 15–25 construction/renovation projects simultaneously with budgets from $100K to $2M each.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and district staff throughout design, construction, and close-out phases.
• Develop project budgets, implement budget controls, and track expenditures across all project phases.
• Prepare project applications and submit information for review to trustees and regulatory offices.
• Monitor project schedules, change orders, and construction document status; assist with cost negotiations.
