Job summary

Lakemary Center is seeking a Facilities Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute capital facility projects. You’ll work with architects, engineers, and contractors on-site and in-office, travel for bidding and inspections, and ensure projects meet budgets and timelines.

The role requires PM experience, knowledge of building systems, and proficiency with PM software. Hybrid work hours and comprehensive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of project management principles and facilities operations.
• Understanding of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems.
• Leadership and cross-department coordination skills.
• PM certification preferred (PMP).
• Ability to travel to project sites for bidding and inspections.
• Strong mathematical and bid-review proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scopes, budgets, and schedules with architects and contractors.
• Monitor budgets, prepare change orders, and allocate resources.
• Supervise construction, remodeling, and repairs to codes and standards.
• Lead contractor communications and pre-bid coordination.
• Support smart building tech integration and project reporting.
• Maintain records and provide reports to senior management.
