Job summary

Disney Media & Entertainment Distribution seeks a Senior Manager of Project Delivery to oversee a portfolio of facilities projects that support Disney Parks, Resorts, and guest environments. Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment; 3+ years in management leading larger teams.
• Experience leading technical delivery of complex facilities or construction projects; balancing priorities and stakeholder expectations.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols applicable to facilities and construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with design tools like Autodesk Revit.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex issues to non-technical peers and executives; report program status to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in team building, mentorship, and leading diverse teams in a service-minded environment.

Responsibilities

• Envision and translate future portfolio possibilities into project delivery strategies.
• Align plans with organizational goals; coordinate resources, schedules, and technical decisions across teams.
• Build partnerships with internal clients, global engineering teams, and regulatory partners.
• Provide coaching and mentorship to managers and staff; drive accountability and recognize accomplishments.
• Develop departmental plans guided by resources and objectives; allocate resources across projects.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and retention of a high-performing engineering/architecture team.
