Qualifications

• Licensed Architect or PE with eligibility for practice in Florida.
• 10+ years of professional experience in a multi-discipline architecture/engineering environment.
• Experience leading technical delivery of complex facilities or construction projects.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols for facilities and construction environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Autodesk Revit or related design tools.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present program status to senior leadership.
• Proven track record in building and mentoring high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Shape portfolio strategies for facilities projects, translating vision into practical delivery.
• Coordinate plans across engineering, architecture, operations and sustainment teams.
• Build partnerships with clients, consultants and regulatory agencies to advance projects.
• Lead through influence, mentoring staff and modeling accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support portfolio planning, workload balancing, and resource optimization.
• Promote knowledge sharing and professional growth across disciplines.
• Provide hands-on technical leadership to ensure compliance with standards, codes, and safety.
• Collaborate with project teams during design and construction to resolve field issues.
• Champion project closeout and transition to sustainment with proper turnover and documentation.
