Job summary

Responsibilities

• Manage facility construction, maintenance, and capital improvement projects.
• Coordinate contractors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Prepare purchase requisitions, work orders, and project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, schedules, quality, and costs.
• Oversee electrical, mechanical, structural, and general construction work.
• Support CMMS work orders and preventive maintenance activities.
• Conduct facility inspections, safety audits, and risk assessments.
• Work with engineering teams and internal customers on facility projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Use tools such as AutoCAD, Oracle, and CMMS to support facility operations.
