Job summary

Bio-Techne is seeking a Senior Facilities Project Manager to lead construction, remodels, and line transfers at the Minnesota headquarters and other US campuses. You will ensure projects finish on time, within budget, and aligned with corporate goals while coordinating with internal teams and external contractors.

The role requires 3–5 years in facilities project management, a bachelor’s in engineering or related field, and the ability to read blueprints.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field is required.
• 3–5 years of facilities project management experience in an industrial setting.
• Ability to read architectural plans and blueprints.
• Strong communication and hands-on project leadership skills.
• Valid driver’s license for travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead construction, renovation, and relocation projects on time and on budget.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, risk, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate product line transfers and space planning efforts.
• Serve as liaison with external architects, general contractors, and service providers.
• Support capital planning through RFQs and proposals.
