Job summary

LAUKOA is seeking a Facilities Project Development Specialist to support the US Army Reserve 99th Readiness Division at Fort Totten, NY. You will develop project packages for modernization, restoration, and maintenance across a regional portfolio, including site visits and cost estimation.

The role requires 3+ years in facilities-related work, strong documentation skills, and the ability to coordinate with government personnel. A government vehicle is provided for travel within NY/NJ as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of experience in facilities project development or related field.
• Experience developing technical documents including Specifications of Work and cost estimates.
• Ability to develop project packages and review facility documentation.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, maintain, and update technical project documentation.
• Prepare complete project packages for modernization, maintenance, and repair requirements.
• Develop cost estimates and project narratives with supporting documentation.
