Job summary

The Building People, LLC is seeking a Facilities Program & Construction Support Manager to support Army Reserve DPW facilities operations, contract development, and infrastructure management across a diverse portfolio. The role acts as a trusted advisor to government stakeholders, supporting service contracts and long-term infrastructure initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years’ experience in facilities management, public works, or infrastructure programs.
• Experience preparing SOWs, PWSs, IGEs, QASP, or similar procurement docs.
• Experience supporting service contracts and/or construction projects.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Develop and prepare acquisition packages for facility support services.
• Coordinate contract requirements with DPW personnel, CORs, and installation stakeholders.
• Support acquisition planning, market research, and contract package development.
• Track contract performance and assist with evaluations and QA reviews.
• Support planning, coordination, and execution of federal facilities and infrastructure projects.
• Assist with project planning, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
• Monitor milestones and assist with reporting and documentation.
• Maintain project records and support closeout activities.
• Contribute to facility modernization and asset management initiatives.
• Assist with construction oversight to ensure compliance.
