Job summary

Lakeside Project Solutions, LLC in Denver, NC, is seeking a Project Coordinator with a trades background to supervise facility maintenance requests from start to finish. The role is office-based with heavy phone and computer usage.

You will estimate and negotiate single-trade projects, coordinate 30–50 work orders, source subcontractors, and ensure work is completed on time and within budget. OSHA 30 certification is funded by us and training is provided.

Qualifications

• Background in or working knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, refrigeration, or mechanical systems.
• Experience with a high volume of work orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Typing ~55+ words per minute and strong computer fluency.
• Willing to work on-call remotely.
• Mastery of written and spoken English.
• OSHA 30 certification within 6 months (Employer paid).

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate single trade facilities maintenance projects.
• Coordinate 30 to 50 work orders simultaneously.
• Source and manage subcontractors to execute repairs within budget and on time.
• Provide exemplary customer service and communication.
• Use various computer tools to communicate project information per company procedures.
• Receive OSHA 30 Certification within 6 months of hire date (Paid for by Employer).
