Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all phases of facilities minor renovation, deferred maintenance, and preventative maintenance projects; define, develop internal scope and estimate requirements.
• Schedule work in coordination with skilled trades.
• Prepare drawings, reviews, and approvals in collaboration with Planning, Design & Construction.
• Provide cost estimates and assist the Project Manager with schedules and customer communications.
