• Coordinate and support planning, estimating, scheduling for minor projects and assist PM on larger projects.
• Define internal scope and estimate requirements for repairs and minor modifications.
• Schedule work in coordination with skilled trades and manage permits and inspections.
• Collaborate with Planning, Design & Construction to prepare drawings for review and approval.
• Develop cost estimates and interpret plans, drawings, specs and bulletins for job orders.
