Job summary

Continental is seeking a hands-on maintenance/operations professional to support resident services at our Holland, MI community. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances and more, while ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

You will report to the Service Supervisor and contribute to daily operations with a team‑oriented, customer‑driven mindset.

Qualifications

• Hands-on maintenance experience in property, facilities, or related trades.
• Willingness to work overtime, on-call shifts, and non-traditional schedules including weekends and holidays.
• Physically capable of bending, lifting up to 100 lbs independently (up to 250 lbs with assistance).

Responsibilities

• Provide above-and-beyond resident service and personal attention to residents.
• Diagnose and repair maintenance needs including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, carpentry, flooring, and more.
• Maintain appearance and safety of the property, grounds upkeep, painting, trash removal, and snow removal where applicable.
• Use property management software and mobile apps to track work orders and keep operations efficient.
