Job summary

Vertiv seeks a Senior Project Controls Manager to establish, manage and oversee project controls across large-scale data center and infrastructure projects. You will direct cost, schedule, risk, reporting and forecasting with cross-functional teams, guiding governance, change control and performance insights.

The role requires leading high-performing project control teams, implementing control systems, and delivering executive-ready reporting and dashboards for strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of relevant project controls experience.
• 2+ years managing high performing project control teams in a consulting environment.
• Knowledge of multiple contract delivery methods and the merits of each.
• Proven experience with schedules, cost control, estimating and risk management.
• Experience implementing and managing a project controls system for major capital projects.
• Experience establishing and monitoring project baselines and performance metrics.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and execute high-level strategic direction of project controls.
• Lead cross-functional deliverables and drive performance through the team.
• Develop and produce regular executive reporting and KPIs.
• Manage cost, schedule, risk and change across large projects.
• Coordinate inputs for cost, schedule and risk reporting across teams.
