Job summary

FedEx Freight in the United States seeks a seasoned program manager to lead collaborative efforts optimizing the facilities network and overseeing lifecycle projects across expansions, budgets, and technology enablement.

The role requires strong PM and analytical skills, executive communication, and the ability to drive cross-functional teams to timely completion while ensuring compliance and quality across network projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5 years PM or analytical experience in facilities/real estate or related field.
• Strong knowledge of project management techniques and processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple programs or projects from identification to implementation.
• Prioritize and align network expansion, fiscal year and technology projects and facility maintenance and repair programs.
• Drive asset optimization and ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specs.
• Oversee vendor performance and contract adherence and funding approvals.
• Ensure regulatory and internal compliance; develop policies and job aids.
• Participate in facility capital planning, budgeting, and long-range outlooks.
