Job summary

ABM Industries in Garner, NC is hiring a Project Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at assigned facilities, drive service excellence, staff development, and client relationships.

As the primary liaison between ABM and client partners, you will ensure contract alignment, promote a safety culture, and lead continuous improvement to meet KPIs.

Hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–4:30 PM with a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of management experience in a fast-paced, large team setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain operational standards and program execution across client fulfillment centers.
• Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and follow-up.
• Identify service gaps and implement best practices to improve delivery.
• Develop leaders and teams to meet client expectations and service standards.
• Collaborate with leaders to address issues and resolve escalations.
• Support cost-control efforts by monitoring practices for profitability.
• Promote safety culture through training and adherence to protocols.
• Deliver KPIs in line with client contracts.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
