Job summary

Axiom Custom Products is seeking a Head of Facilities to own the building, equipment, and shop operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will lead daily maintenance, safety programs, and vendor relations to keep production moving and compliant.

With 5+ years in facilities or a similar setting, you’ll manage a two-person team and coordinate with landlords, contractors, and internal teams. This on-site role focuses on reliability, safety, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in facilities, maintenance, or a similar manufacturing environment.
• Experience overseeing production equipment, safety, compliance, and vendors.
• Proven ability to lead a small team and manage cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, utilities, and security.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and coordinate repairs to minimize downtime.
• Manage facility vendors, service contracts, and fleet operations.
• Lead EH&S efforts, ensuring OSHA and local compliance.
• Balance long-term planning with on-the-ground problem solving.
