Job summary

Network for Hope is seeking a Materials and Facilities Manager in Louisville, KY to oversee a cost-efficient purchasing program and asset utilization across contracts, medical, cleaning, and office supplies. You will ensure compliance with accreditation standards and manage NFH facilities, including safety and project oversight.

The role requires 3–5 years in materials or facilities management, plus a Bachelor's degree preferred; experience in procurement operations is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or Project Management preferred.
• 3–5 years of materials or facilities management experience.
• Experience in organ/tissue procurement operations desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead facilities management and building operations.
• Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and inventory.
• Manage equipment monitoring and safety programs.
• Lead projects and coordinate with architects/contractors.
• Develop cost-savings analyses and reporting.
