Facilities Procurement and Inventory Specialist

Campus Facilities is seeking a highly motivated individual for the position of Business Support Specialist II.

Responsibilities:

1. Research and order materials and services for Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services.
2. Enter purchase orders for materials into Show-Me Shop and Maximo.
3. Receive deliveries.
4. Organize, restock, and inventory materials.
5. Issue and track tools for Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services.
6. Issue and transfer materials into Maximo for Custodial, Maintenance, and Construction Services.

Shift

7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday

Minimum Qualifications

An Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, along with at least 2 years of relevant experience, is required.

Preferred Qualifications

Must possess a valid driver’s license valid for operating a motor vehicle in the State of Missouri.

Anticipated Hiring Range

Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.91 per hour

Grade: GGS-007
