• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1–3 years of porter or facilities support experience.
• Experience with basic maintenance, inventory control, and workplace setup is preferred.
• Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilités

• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of office spaces, common areas, and client facilities.
• Perform light maintenance tasks including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and equipment setup.
• Repair and maintain office furniture, doors, fixtures, and related components.
• Assist with furniture assembly and workspace setups; support facility projects.
• Monitor supplies, manage inventory, and coordinate replenishment within budgetary guidelines.
• Provide courteous service to employees, clients and visitors; escalate issues when needed.
• Prepare reports on maintenance activities, inventory, and customer feedback as needed.
