Openworksweb is seeking a reliable Porter to maintain cleanliness and safety across building common areas in Phoenix, AZ. You will clean restrooms, floors, surfaces, and entryways, restock supplies, and report maintenance needs to supervisors.

This role emphasizes professional communication with staff and guests and requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. You will follow safety rules, work independently or with a team, and adapt to changing duties as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Comply with safety rules, policies, and procedures.
• Perform work assignments individually or with a team.

• Clean the interior of buildings including floors, carpets, windows, walls, and restrooms.
• Maintain inventory of janitorial closet; report any low-stock items to supervisor or manager.
• Remove debris from sidewalks.
• Empty trash and recycling bins.
