Job summary

LV Petroleum in Colorado is seeking enthusiastic Porters to join our team. You will keep facilities clean, organized, and safe for guests and staff, performing a variety of cleaning tasks and helping with event setup as needed.

You should have strong attention to detail, good communication, and the ability to work independently or with others in a fast-paced environment. Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Prior custodial or cleaning experience is an advantage but not required.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and common areas regularly.
• Perform daily cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of events and meetings.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and alert management when reordering is needed.
• Support minor maintenance tasks and report issues to maintenance team.
• Engage with guests and staff to maintain a welcoming atmosphere.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
