Job summary

The Brook is seeking a dependable Facilities Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the casino and public spaces in Seabrook, NH. You will help ensure floors, restrooms, offices, and dining areas are spotless and guest-ready, with handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers $21 per hour and opportunities to contribute to a community-focused, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Custodial, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning products.
Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, restrooms, banquet rooms, and public spaces.
Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and stock assigned areas.
Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain clean walkways and entrances.
Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and gaming machines.
Monitor the property for spills, hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
Maintain supply closets and replenish cleaning materials as needed.
Assist with snow and ice removal during winter conditions.
Respond promptly to radio calls and cleaning requests.
Support all departments in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.
