Job summary

The Brook is seeking a dependable Facilities Porter to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment across the casino and public spaces in Seabrook, NH. You will help ensure floors, restrooms, offices, and dining areas are spotless and guest-ready, with handling of cleaning supplies and equipment.

This full-time, non-exempt role offers $21 per hour and opportunities to contribute to a community-focused, employee-owned company.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Custodial, janitorial, porter, or facilities experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment and safely use cleaning products.
• Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain casino floors, dining areas, offices, restrooms, banquet rooms, and public spaces.
• Vacuum, mop, sanitize, and stock assigned areas.
• Empty trash, remove debris, and maintain clean walkways and entrances.
• Clean windows, mirrors, glass surfaces, and gaming machines.
• Monitor the property for spills, hazards, and cleanliness concerns.
• Maintain supply closets and replenish cleaning materials as needed.
• Assist with snow and ice removal during winter conditions.
• Respond promptly to radio calls and cleaning requests.
• Support all departments in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

In this role, you'll help ensure our casino, public spaces, employee areas, and grounds remain clean, organized, and guest-ready. From responding to cleaning needs to supporting facility operations, you'll play an important role in creating a positive experience for both guests and team members.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Comfortable performing physically active work, including lifting up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work varying schedules as business needs require
• Must be 18 years of age or older
