TRDI is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to oversee janitorial and landscaping operations across DHS RGV facilities. The role emphasizes efficient, safe service delivery aligned with contract terms and quality standards, requiring strong leadership and attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have proven experience managing facility services and supervising staff, with the ability to coordinate schedules, budgets, and compliance while maintaining security and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of recent managerial experience directing cleaning-type operations for large facilities.
• Demonstrated competency in supervising staff in a facility operations setting.
• Evidence of supervisory training courses or equivalent experience approved by the Contracting Officer.
• Ability to provide a detailed resume outlining relevant experience, training, and qualifications.

Responsabilités

• Direct daily operations to meet contract requirements and quality standards.
• Oversee employees, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring contract obligations and regulations are met.
• Serve as contact for Government and act on behalf of the company for contract matters (except major changes).
• Manage and review contract budgets; improve operational processes for efficiency.
• Schedule personnel, approve time cards, and manage inventory for supplies, equipment, and vehicles.
• Provide feedback, coaching, and enforce company policies; implement process improvements.
• Conduct employee performance evaluations and ensure safety practices and training.
• Prepare reports, inspection logs, and contract records; gather field data for cost estimates.
