Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair/replace valves in toilets.
• Repair and install commercial water heaters and related tasks.
• Submit time and vehicle inventory reports via company software.
• Perform preventive maintenance at stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budgetary guidelines.
