• General plumbing experience in food retail and/or commercial facilities is required.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Willingness to handle changing scope of assignments and projects.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays; overtime may be required.
• Ability to prioritize and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair/replace valves in toilets.
• Repair and install commercial water heaters.
• Perform preventive maintenance in stores at least twice per year.
• Submit time and inventory reporting by scheduled dates.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budget guidelines.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
