Job summary

Kroger is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform plumbing and related tasks in Green Bay stores. You will handle drainage, valve repairs, and equipment installation, while documenting hours and inventory. This role requires data entry and routine reporting with a focus on accuracy.

The position involves preventive maintenance, budgeting alignment, and readiness to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Flexibility to handle changing scope of assignments and projects.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules (nights, weekends, holidays). Overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, perform valve repairs and replacements in toilets, and install plumbing components.
• Complete and submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory as scheduled.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses meet annual budgetary guidelines.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without accommodations.
