Qualifications

• General plumbing experience in food retail or commercial facilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.
• Strong PC skills including MS Excel, Windows XP, and mainframe applications (Viryanet Service Hub).

Responsibilities

• Clean drains, repair and replace valves in toilets; repair and install commercial water heaters and related plumbing tasks.
• Submit accurate time reporting and vehicle inventory via company systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance in assigned stores at least twice per year.
• Ensure maintenance expenses at stores meet annual budgetary guidelines.
• Must be able to perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
