The Kroger Family of Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee service calls for assigned stores in the specified zone, perform repairs on plumbing fixtures, and handle preventive maintenance. You will coordinate with the lead on maintenance scheduling and maintain truck stock inventory.

Ideal candidates have maintenance experience with a plumbing license, the ability to travel, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in the maintenance field or related training.
• Plumbing license required.
• Ability to travel independently.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and overnights.
• Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee service calls for assigned stores in the zone.
• Change filters on company owned equipment and perform repairs on sinks, faucets, toilets, and water lines.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Develop and follow store maintenance schedules with lead.
• Maintain and control inventory for truck stock.
• Ensure sanitation of work areas per standards.
• Communicate effectively with team and supervisors and support company initiatives.
