Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic technicians in Texas to represent the company in field maintenance for residential and commercial properties. You will perform general maintenance across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, conduct inspections, and respond to work orders with urgency.

Qualifications

Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
Strong mechanical knowledge across plumbing, electrical, carpentry and HVAC.
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals; welding experience is a plus.
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

Perform general maintenance and repairs across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment for issues.
Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
