Job summary

Synergy Preserve LLC is seeking dynamic maintenance technicians in Texas to represent the company in field service for residential and commercial properties. The role covers plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks with emphasis on reliability and customer service.

Ideal candidates bring proven facilities maintenance experience, strong mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read schematics. You will work independently, coordinate external contractors, and ensure prompt issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities maintenance or similar role.
• Mechanical knowledge across trades (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC).
• Ability to read schematics and manuals; welding experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment to identify issues.
• Respond to work orders and prioritize tasks by urgency.
• Fabricate or repair equipment as needed; supervise external contractors for specialized work.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving maintenance issues promptly.
